A candid observational style takes the viewer behind the scenes of several craft-based wineries to reveal the punishing stresses of long workdays, erratic weather conditions and a market swamped by foreign competition. Through the painstaking process of crafting their award-winning wines, each winemaker reveals their tireless efforts to express Niagara’s unique terroir.
